Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DreamzAR ("the Service"), provided by ImmEx Technologies, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

DreamzAR is an AI-powered landscape design application that allows users to upload photos of their outdoor spaces and receive AI-generated design visualizations. The Service is available as an iOS mobile application and a web application.

Account Registration

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Subscriptions and Payments

The Service offers subscription-based access. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees for your chosen subscription
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the end of the billing period
• iOS subscriptions are managed through Apple and subject to Apple's terms
• Web subscriptions are processed through Stripe

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. For iOS subscriptions, refunds are handled by Apple. For web subscriptions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and use that content to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the Service to generate inappropriate or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI technology
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Share your account with others or resell access
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated designs are for visualization purposes only and should not be considered professional landscaping advice. We recommend consulting with professional landscapers before making significant changes to your property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmEx Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
