I'm very excited to announce that we just launched a brand new offering in DreamzAR Online - AI Interior Design. Just three months ago, in December 2023, we unveiled DreamzAR AI Landscape Design Online, a service accessible 24/7 from any device, anywhere. Today, we're expanding our offerings with robust AI capabilities tailored for interior design.

What is AI Interior Design?


As a homeowner, have you ever wished to reimagine your room décor with something new but felt unsure where to start? Perhaps you've pondered whether a specific center table would enhance your living room, or if modern fixtures would complement a kitchen renovation, yet hesitated due to uncertainty about how they would look.


Visualizing our ideas is a powerful tool, enabling us to experiment with different concepts, evaluate them, and make well-informed decisions.

Generative AI is a branch of artificial intelligence capable of generating images (like DALL-E), text (like ChatGPT), audio, and video based on textual prompts. For instance, we can instruct an AI model to create a photo by describing what we want to see. AI Interior Design builds on this concept to assist you in visualizing your room's potential. By overlaying new interior designs onto the original photo of your room, it provides a seamless way to explore fresh interior ideas.


Generative AI relies on real-world data to generate its content, ensuring that the produced interior designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also actionable. You can even use tools like Google Lens to shop for décor items and furniture pieces based on the interior designs generated by the AI Interior Design Tool.


Why are we adding AI Interior Design to DreamzAR?


DreamzAR has traditionally been a landscape design app. So why are we adding interior design capabilities to it? The answer is simple: "Why not?" The potential of generative AI is transformative for every creative process, and just as it revolutionizes landscape design, it holds equal promise for interior design. The ability to envision a new garden in your yard with just a photo parallels the concept of visualizing a fresh interior decoration style for your room using only its photo.


DreamzAR's History

Launched in January 2022, DreamzAR iOS App revolutionized the home landscaping experience with its core technology: Augmented Reality. Thousands of homeowners were empowered to visualize their dream yards in real time, with life-size garden design elements such as realistic plants, trees, fences, fountains, and ground cover elements like paving stones and mulch.


In the summer of 2022, DreamzAR iOS App expanded its offerings with the introduction of a 2D Landscape Design Editor. This feature allowed users to compose yard designs by selecting from a variety of 2D design elements, including plants, trees, and fences.

In January 2023, DreamzAR iOS App took another leap forward with the introduction of AI Landscape Design. By integrating open-source generative AI models into the landscape design process, DreamzAR empowered users to overcome creative blocks and explore new design possibilities.


In December 2023, we launched the online version of DreamzAR AI Landscape Design, addressing the need for accessibility across different devices. Now, customers using web browsers on PCs or Android smartphones can enjoy the benefits of DreamzAR's AI Landscape Design anytime, anywhere.


And now, we're excited to announce the launch of the AI Interior Design Feature in DreamzAR. With this addition, our AI design capabilities extend from the exterior to the interior of your home. DreamzAR is committed to being your go-to app for reimagining both your home and garden.

Virtual Staging With AI


A home is "staged" to make it more attractive during home selling process. The seller rents furniture and décor items and puts them in their home as they make it ready for the sale. Placing the appropriate furniture helps potential buyers see the home in state as if they are living in it.


Virtual Staging is digital form of physically staging your home. Instead of renting the furniture, decorating it temporarily, you can simply create new visualizations by digitally staging them. Just start with the pictures of empty rooms, and digitally add furniture and suitable home décor items.
